Hi!
I am very happy to see Einstein@Home being released under a Free Software license.
I was wondering whether it was possible to link to a git repo (instead of a zip file) for the binary radio pulsar search application - just like it is being done for the gravitational wave search application already?
Thanks in advance! Cheers!

Hi!
Indeed (now) the source code of the applications is maintained in git repositories.
However, there's a lot of stuff in the original repos that we don't want to publish. This includes other code (E@H server-side components, associated code for other analysis than what we do on E@H) and also other work related to the publication of results (occasionally hints to yet unpublished work and results). That's why we extract just the application code for general publication.
The Gamma-Ray search code has not been published generally yet; however that's (still) being worked on.
If you are interested in helping with development and willing to agree to a few conditions, we may grant you access to the repositories individually. Drop me a line (PM or email).
Happy holidays!
