New Leader Board: Top Countries

I would suggest an additional leader board at E@H: To list "Top Countries" based on the credits that the users from different countries contribute to the project. This would make it unnecessary to have country specific teams, and people from these teams could join interest teams instead. I think this would motivate more competition between teams and between countries, and hopefully result in more recruting, and thus, more science:)

A "Top Countries" leader board should be a fairly simple query to implement.
