Toys are for playing with and sometimes letting your enemy actions have consequences, places like that are exactly where Militaries used to do things so they never had to use them in anger for real.

Sometimes, secrets are for keeping.

Imagine if, after proving such a thing was practical, someone decided to build one and set it off in downtown NYC or DC???

SOME days i think that could be a good thing....don't worry I care about the aftermath!!

Oh Ancient Aliens TV show!

Oh Ancient Aliens TV show! Yea I watch that all the time but not because I believe the ancient people needed aliens to help them build things. I watch it because some of the sites they go to are neat archeological digs. But no - no ancient aliens were needed.

There are some funny memes out there with the main host pictured - "I'm not saying it was aliens ... but it was aliens"

I agree, trying to figure out how and why they did what they did is very interesting sometimes, but NO aliens needed

The current thread is donut,

The current thread is donut, dunkin, coffee and I LOVE Dunkin Donuts coffee and buy it on sale every chance I get. I do drink other brands but always looks for Dunkin when I am running low. Right now I'm using ground coffee only  and am using a brand called EOC that my local Lowe's grocery store had on sale, I got 6 bags of them on sale for under $3US a 12oz bag, it was a buy one get one free sale that I just couldn't pass up. They expire in 2024 and I put all of them in ziplock baggies to preserve the flavor but will use them up before Spring 2022. I drink 2 cups regular coffee in the morning and another 2 cups of flavored coffee after 8pm every day.

For those wondering my new home is coming along nicely https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/51484885880_d38a984cdb_q.jpg . I talked to the Superintendent the other day and he said it should be ready for me after Thanksgiving but before Christmas as they want it on this years books as a profit, or loss depending on hos they work the numbers. Most of the electrical runs are done and they just need to put the breakers in the panel and hook up the 'smart home' stuff. They do still need to have another company come in and run the surround sound speakers in the family room and screened in porch, the family room will also get a bass speaker above the tv which will be above the gas fireplace.

Alliance -> Horde; for all

Alliance -> Horde; for all you World of Warcraft players out there.

Ideas are not fixed, nor should they be; we live in model-dependent reality.

White pudding is essential

White pudding is essential for any good Irish breakfast. The best may be obtained from MacKays, butchers, of Ballycastle Co Antrim.
