As for Mr Ed it was only in later years that I discovered that the guy who played Wilbur was a well rated serious actor.

Cheers, Mike.

Yes Alan Young (born Angus Young) was in that movie *The Time Machine* the year before Mr. ED started on tv and he is still alive today (95 tears old)

I get MeTV on U-Verse. I love it. :-) MASH at 4 PM and 4:30 PM weekdays, Quincy at 8 AM, followed by Rockford at 9 weekdays. Black Sheep Squadron at 4 PM Sundays... GREAT shows!!! :-)

I'm a late night guy and a bit older so those don't seem old to me yet but Rockford Files (with 2 or my favorite actors ever) and Quincy are on my favs list.

But I like watching the real old ones on the weekend like Naked City,The Saint,Route 66,Car 54,Gomer Pyle,Dobie,Get Smart,Lost in Space,Andy Griffith,The Rifleman

And some of the old 90 minute tv shows like Banacek,Columbo, and McCloud.

I found that MeTV doesn't have the same schedule on every channel they have around the country so mine is KVOS in Seattle on the Dish

Here is the list of all the programs they have.

Well, it seems that the affiliates can pick and choose what is run. For instance, KOFY TV 20 by me is a MeTV affiliate. They don't seem to run all of MeTV's shows.

Whereas, U-Verse also gives us a dedicated and true MeTV channel that shows EVERYTHING! :-) The dedicated channel is on East coast time; however, so, if they say that a show will air at 7 PM, it will be 4 PM for me here in California.

Sometimes, I'll catch Svengoolie on Saturdays at 7 PM - PDT. He hosts the old "B" Horror movies. I used to catch him locally in the Chicago area when I was in Junior High. MeTV must have picked him up after we moved to CA.

Yeah I usually watch

Yeah I usually watch Svengoolie here every saturday night at 10pm and right after that here is Lost in Space (yeah Dr Smith is one of a kind but I got used to him after watching probably every episode and have seen him in a couple movies pre-L.I.S.

We get Donna Reed here every day and of course have watched it for decades here along with Leave It To Beaver.

Patty Duke is on once in a while too. (and The Flying Nun)

But Mr Ed is a classic and it was back when kids watched shows to learn lesson when Mr Ed got in trouble and then out of trouble every time.

The only show I watched every episode in order online was *The Invaders* since they never have it on tv here.

One of my favorites........even the opening of the show each week.

(oh and Janis Joplin is on my favs list but only saw her on tv a couple times and I think once was on the Dick Cavett show about 40 years ago)

I am just winning!!! I do not

I am just winning!!! I do not watch the old shows too much, they show how bad they really were with the way they did things compared to todays shows. Yes I know they were good then, but now it's easy to spot the way they did things.

Same again. I didn't see you write that .... and I have not responded. Be careful though. There may others about who are not here either.

Cheers, Mike.

I have made this letter longer than usual because I lack the time to make it shorter ...

Well I have a USB stick but

Well I have a USB stick but have no idea how to get Win7 AND all 2,015 Windows Updates on it or I would like having that laying around (the only USB stick I have is around some where but don't remember how much it holds and I used to use that for a certain satellite receiver I had a few years ago)

As usual after all those hours it took to get it running again I try to leave the room for a while.........go back and check......it shut down.......then I remember it has to be that stupid power setting that has them shut down after about 5 minutes.........so I set it to NEVER shut down and go to sleep.

I get back up today and check it......shut down again......so I look around the power settings again and find some damn advanced setting I don't remember and set that to NEVER.....haven't went back upstairs yet to look.

And just to make it worse when that one shuts down another one next to it shuts down because they both use the 850 watt PSU so I can run the 660Ti in one and the 650Ti in the other with just the video card plugged in.

So another 12 hours went by with no crunching from those two
